Playmaster Bonus Terms & Conditions
Each promotion has its own conditions, and the binding text is always the one on the operator's site at the moment you claim — not a summary on a review site, including this one. Underneath the individual offers, though, sits a layer of rules that most casinos share. This page explains that layer in plain English, so that the long document becomes a quick check rather than a chore. Where Kenyan law adds something, it says so and names the source.
Visit PlaymasterWho is eligible
- Adults only. Kenya's Gambling Control Act 2025 requires proof of age of majority (18) before registration and before a prize is paid.
- One account per person; offers are usually limited per household, device or payment method as well.
- The account name must match the ID and the payment method — a National ID card or passport is the usual document.
- Some offers are limited to new accounts, certain deposit methods or certain account types.
Core rules that almost always apply
- A wagering requirement before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- A cap on each stake while the bonus is active.
- A deadline, after which the bonus and its winnings lapse.
- A contribution table showing how much each game type counts.
- For free offers, a ceiling on what can be withdrawn.
Clauses players miss
Two clauses cause most disputes. The first forbids combining certain offers, so a second bonus may be refused or may replace the first. The second describes "irregular play": patterns such as switching stakes sharply to exploit the bonus, betting both sides of an outcome, or using the bonus on low-risk options. Operators reserve the right to cancel winnings for these patterns, and the wording is usually broad. If you are unsure whether a style of play is allowed, ask support in writing before you play, and keep the answer.
Terms can also change. The version that governs your bonus is normally the one in force when you claimed it, so a screenshot of the terms on that day is worth taking.
If a dispute happens
- Collect the evidence: screenshots of the offer, the time you opted in, the deposit message on your phone and the game history.
- Write to Playmaster support with a short timeline and the offer's exact name.
- If the answer does not settle it, ask for a final written decision.
- For an operator licensed in Kenya, an unresolved complaint can go to the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya through its complaints form, and a dispute arising from online gambling may be appealed to the Gambling Appeals Tribunal within 14 days (s.80 of the Act). Our complaints guide explains the steps.
Closing advice
Read four lines before any claim: the multiple, the deadline, the stake cap and the counting games. Those four answer most of the surprises. A long terms document is not a warning sign in itself; an offer with no written terms, or terms you cannot find again after claiming, is.
General bonus rules
The general bonus rules sit above every single offer: one account per person, opt in before the qualifying deposit, wager before you withdraw, and respect the deadline. They also explain what happens to bonus money if you close the account or if it goes dormant. Kenyan law adds a useful protection here: if no transaction is recorded on an account for three months, the licensee must remit the balance to the player (s.77(1)). Whether that covers bonus balance as well as cash is a question for the operator's general bonus rules.
Max bet with bonus
The max bet with bonus is the largest stake allowed per spin, round or bet while bonus money is active. On a phone it is easy to break by accident: the stake selector remembers your last setting, and some crash games offer one-tap buttons that double the bet. Set the stake below the max bet with bonus before your first round and avoid quick-bet buttons until the requirement is cleared.
Restricted games
Restricted games are titles that either cannot be played with bonus money or do not count towards the requirement. The list often includes some high-return slots, jackpot games and parts of the live and crash sections. Playing restricted games with active bonus funds can cancel the offer, so check the list in the terms before choosing where to play the bonus through.

Bonus Terms and Conditions to Check First
The bonus terms and conditions set the wagering cap on each bet, list the counting games and give the deadline. They also reveal whether the offer is a sticky bonus — one that can be played with but never withdrawn, and is removed from the balance when you cash out.
Max cashout is the other line to find: winnings above the stated ceiling are removed at withdrawal. Betting above the wagering cap or on excluded games can void the bonus entirely, so read both before the first spin.
