Playmaster Reload Bonus
A reload is a deposit bonus for an account that already exists: you top up again and, if a reload campaign is live and you opted in, extra bonus balance is added. The welcome offer happens once; reloads can repeat. That repetition is their strength and their risk. A reload that matches your normal deposit day is a small extra; a reload that makes you deposit on a day you had not planned is a cost dressed as a gift. Live reload campaigns and their figures are on Playmaster's promotions page.

Mechanically it is the same as a first-deposit match: bonus balance kept separate from your money, a requirement to wager it, a deadline and a stake cap. The differences are scale and frequency. Reload percentages are usually lower than welcome offers, and some campaigns run on fixed days of the week. Each reload carries its own requirement, tracked separately from any other bonus still active on the account.
Daily vs weekly rhythm
Daily reloads tend to be small with lighter requirements; weekly ones are larger and heavier. Before choosing, count how many sessions you actually play in a week and how many spins fit in each. A phone player who plays three short sessions a week will rarely finish a heavy weekly reload; a light one that matches those sessions is the better fit, or none at all.
How to activate one
- Log in and open the promotions page or the bonus section of the cashier.
- Read today's reload in full: requirement, deadline, counting games and qualifying methods.
- Opt in or enter the code before the deposit.
- Send the deposit from a method the offer accepts — M-Pesa, Airtel Money, a debit card or a bank transfer may be listed, but the methods and limits on your account are shown in the cashier.
- Check that the bonus balance appeared, and note its deadline.
Easy things to miss
- Claim limits per day or per week.
- A reload claimed while another bonus is unfinished, creating two requirements at once.
- Payment methods excluded from a particular campaign.
- The stake cap, which applies from the moment the bonus is credited.
A sane approach
Tie reloads to a calendar you already keep. If you top up once a week from your own budget, take a reload only on that day and only if its requirement fits your sessions. If this week's budget is spent, the next reload will still exist next week. Kenyan law does not allow betting on credit, and borrowing to catch a reload is the clearest sign that it has started to steer you.
Reloads vs the other Playmaster promos
Compared with cashback, a reload asks for money first and offers balance second, while cashback returns something after the fact without changing how you play. Compared with free spins, a reload leaves the game choice to you — useful if you prefer one particular slot over whatever title a spin package names. Many regular players simply keep cashback running and take reloads only when the day and the terms line up.
Weekly reload
A weekly reload is offered on a set day, often around the start of the week or the weekend. Because it comes less often, it is usually larger than a daily drop and carries a heavier requirement. Treat a weekly reload as part of a planned deposit: decide the amount before the reload is announced, not after.
Reload terms
The reload terms that matter most are four: the match share and its cap, the minimum qualifying deposit, the requirement and its deadline, and the counting games. Read the reload terms of each campaign separately — two reloads in the same month can differ — and check whether crash games count before you plan to clear one on them.
Min deposit
Every reload states a min deposit, the smallest payment that qualifies. Remember that a 5% excise duty applies to the amount credited to a player's gaming wallet (Finance Act 2025; the operator withholds it), so the credited balance can be a little lower than what left your phone. If you send exactly the min deposit, check in the terms or with support whether the qualifying figure is the amount sent or the amount credited. Also note that the minimum stake per bet is a different number: the Gambling Control Act 2025 sets the minimum online stake at 20 shillings.

Reload Bonuses: Weekly and Monthly Offers
After the welcome offer, a second deposit bonus is often the first reload, followed by a recurring weekly bonus for active accounts. Each is a match deposit: a share of your payment added as bonus balance under its own requirement.
A monthly bonus is usually larger and carries a higher minimum deposit and a longer playthrough. Opt in before paying, because a reload is rarely added to a deposit that has already been made.
