Playmaster Cashback
Cashback returns part of what you lost over a period. Of all promotion types it is the easiest to understand, because it is calculated from play you were going to do anyway and asks for no extra deposit. That simplicity hides two questions that decide its value: what counts as a loss, and in what form the money comes back. Whether a cashback offer is running for your account, and on which terms, is shown on Playmaster's promotions page; the figures below are explanations, not quotes.

The usual base is net loss: total stakes minus total wins over the cashback period, sometimes after bonus money is excluded. If you finish the period ahead, there is nothing to return. The percentage, any minimum loss before it applies and any ceiling are set by the offer. Read whether all games count — some schemes leave out crash or live games, or count only slots.
A worked illustration, with invented numbers: a week of slot sessions with KSh 6,000 staked and KSh 4,500 won leaves a net loss of KSh 1,500. A hypothetical 10% scheme would return KSh 150. That is a refund on entertainment, which is the right way to see it.
When it pays out
Payment follows the cycle in the offer: once a day for daily schemes, once a week for weekly ones. Some credit automatically, others need a claim in the bonus section within a set time. If yours needs a claim, note the day in your phone's calendar; unclaimed cashback normally lapses.

Cashback vs deposit bonuses
A deposit bonus adds balance at the start and locks it behind a requirement. Cashback works at the end of the period and changes nothing about how you play in the meantime. For a player who plays small stakes on a phone, a light cashback in cash is often worth more in practice than a large match that cannot be finished before its deadline.
Getting the most out of it, sanely
Never raise a stake to make the cashback bigger: a percentage of a larger loss is still a larger loss. Crash games deserve a special warning, because their short rounds let losses build quickly, and a rebate can make that feel softer than it is. Set a loss limit in your account settings and treat the cashback as a partial refund that arrives later, not as part of this week's budget.
Turnover rebates: cashback's twin
A turnover rebate is calculated on everything you stake, win or lose, rather than on net loss. It rewards volume, which is exactly why it needs a cool head: on a crash game, volume can grow very fast. Where both schemes exist, cashback cushions a bad period while the rebate pays on activity. Neither should change the number of rounds you planned to play.
Weekly cashback
Weekly cashback adds up net losses over seven days and returns a share at the start of the next week. It suits players who spread short sessions across the week, because one bad evening is balanced against the rest. The calculation day, the cut-off time and whether the weekly cashback is cash or bonus balance are all written in the offer.
Loss cashback
Loss cashback is the basic form: it only pays when the period actually went against you. That is what makes it easy to value — there is no target to reach. It also means the best possible outcome is a week in which loss cashback pays nothing because you finished level or ahead.
Insurance bonus
Some casinos sell a cashback scheme as an insurance bonus, often limited to the first deposit or a single session: if the balance runs out, part of it is returned. An insurance bonus usually carries a light requirement and a short claim window. It smooths a losing run; it does not change the house edge of the games you play.

Cashback: how it works
Cashback returns a share of net losses. Weekly cashback is counted over seven days and paid on a set day, while daily cashback is settled every 24 hours, so one rough session is answered sooner.
Look at the form of the return: a loss cashback paid as cash can be withdrawn, while an insurance bonus or rebate paid as bonus balance carries its own requirement. Check which one applies before you count on it.
